Those of you who have been a part of Palm Creek Festival in previous years will notice some changes in the fee structure this time. This is mainly to simplify paperwork at the gate so our dedicated volunteers can do their very important job even better.

In a nutshell, in addition to the stall fee, all people who come to the festival with a stall (be they principal stallholders, helping hands/employees or their families/friends) must purchase a ticket and receive a wristband to be worn while they are at the Festival.

The tickets for stallholders will be the same as for ordinary Festival-goers. Please see our ticket page for more information.

There will also be a modest stall fee to contribute to the running of the Festival. This will vary depending on the type of stall you run. Please download, fill out then post the application form so that we have information about your stall and how to contact you.
